Hadleigh’s fascination with Spanish cuisine began when he walked the Camino de Santiago in 2013. Ever since then he’s been tinkering with his versions of tapas dishes, and that obviously lead him into Paella. It’s first outing was at the Garden of Unearthly Delights in 2021, and has grown to provide delicious dishes for weddings and birthday functions around South Australia.
