Cargo Spud combines our loves for modular building and festival fare, delivering delicious, generous and wholesome poutine and jacket potatoes from a stylish shipping container. A true hit of the Edinburgh Fringe.
Cargo Burger: The Essential Festival Burger
The ultimate guilty pleasure… a Cargo Burger has become iconic at Assembly George Square Gardens in Edinburgh as the go-to gap filler. Open till very very late, these burgers of beauty are truly the fuel of the festival.
Paddle & Peel: Wood fired Pizzas
Working in conjunction with Assembly Festival in Edinburgh, HumeWalker created a sophisticated festival pizzeria that showcased Assembly’s commitment to quality and affordability in its marquee venue, George Square Gardens.
Pad BKK: Street food of Asia
Pad BKK brought the fire and flavour of Thai street cuisine to the festival circuit. Sizzling Chicken Pad Thai became the cornerstone of any good night at the festival.
